The Londonderry Mens Over 30 League was formed many years ago and continues to be very popular today. Every fall the league begins with Open Gym in early October, typically from 8:30-10:30 on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Registration for individuals also begins around the same time. 

Each team in the league is made up of 8 players with a captain and a keeper. There are 8 teams, which are drafted after all spots are filled. No outside teams are allowed to join. The league starts shortly after the draft each year, depending on school schedules. All games are played at the Londonderry Middle School. Each game will have 2 refs and a scorekeeper. It is a 14 game season with playoffs for bragging rights at the end.
